Orders are shipped through FedEx, UPS, or USPS from warehouse in San Jose, California. Free economic shipping within US.

Bulk orders above 100 lbs are shipped through freight services.

Expedited shipping services and international shipping services available. Orders are usually shipped within three business days.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are shipped within one to three business days. The transit time depends on the type of shipping services selected for the order. The tracking number is provided with the shipping notification. The status of a shipment can be tracked on the website of the selected shipping service provider. International shipping and bulk orders may take a longer period of processing time.

Reference shipping methods


Economic Shipping is the default shipping method for most items. Delivery will be free for addresses in the US. Shipping to Hawaii or Alaska may take a longer period of time. USPS is the regular economic shipping provider. Transit time varies between two to seven days within the US.


Expedited Shipping is carried out with USPS priority, UPS, or FedEx delivery. Regular transit time is between one to three days.


Express Shipping is carried out with USPS Express, UPS, or FedEx air shipping. Regular transit time is one day.


International Shipping transit time range between two to fourteen days, depending on the distance from the destination to our shipping warehouse. Customs fee and tax are not included in the shipping cost.

Bulk Delivery

Bulk Delivery is carried out by freight service providers . The carrier will contact you to make a delivery appointment. Someone 18 years of age or older must be present to sign for the delivery.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Your order can be changed or cancelled before the order is processed and shipped. Please login to your account, and cancel the order, or email us at [Email], with the subject line Cancel Order #(your order number). The order cannot be cancelled if the status is shipped, which indicates the merchandise is already on the way and in the possession of a shipping service provider. If you need to change the order, please email us at [Email], with the subject line Change Order #(your order number). Order details such as shipping address and notes can be changed before shipping.

If the order is already on the way, please accept the shipment, email us and let us know that the order will be returned. A corrected replacement shipment may not require additional shipping cost depending on the delivery location.

What if my merchandise arrives damaged?  

If your order arrives damage, please take a photo of the damaged part and send us an email at [Email], describing the damage. We will arrange a replacement shipment.

Are there any delivery restrictions?

Any states with delivery restrictions will be noted on each item’s product information page.

For delivery to Alaska and Hawaii, please allow an additional 2-5 business days. Additional remote surcharges may apply.

Restrictions on international delivery may apply based on the delivery address.

Order Processing

What method of payment is accepted? 

Credit cards, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and other methods.

What if my address cannot be delivered by a parcel service provider?

If no parcel delivery service is available at your location, please choose a location that has at least one parcel delivery service provider that is in your vicinity.  


Most new, unopened merchandise can be returned within 30 days of purchase, unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions.

Returns for purchases with valid proof of purchase will be exchanged or refunded as determined on a case by case basis. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.), unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions. Please contact us at the beginning of the return process and obtain a return authorization number. Once the authorization number is received, please mail the parcel to the designated address. Exchange or refund will be processed after the return parcel is received.

If you're missing your receipt, we may be able to locate it in our system. Receipts for purchases made with a credit or debit card or by check may be located in our system within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be returned with all components for a full refund.
